Preparation
First take a Dal of 100 grams. and boil it in water. Normally it takes 10 to 15 minutes to cook. After 10 min taste that dal and check weather it is boiled or not. Then Cut the carrot and other vegetables into small size and put together with the dal.

Cut the potato into small space like triangle. thickness must be very thin, otherwise it will not give you good crispy taste. Another easy method of potato fry is big size fry. That is also give you best taste. but when compare to big size potato fry, small size is the best.
It is not like potato chips, for this dish you need to oil, chili powder, turmeric powder. First take a vessel and add some oil into it. Then cut the potato and and add some turmeric powder and chili power and salt. Then mix it well.
Increase the heat and mix it well, after 5 minutes your potato fry is ready now. first check one piece of potato and eat it. if it's taste good leave it, if you find anything is not good. add salt or chili powder as per your wish.
