Here I am going to tell you how to make fish gravy same like as restaurant taste. Just follow each and every step one by one which are given below.

Cleaning Method

Cleaning is the main process of making fish gravy. Because if you not clean well your fish the taste may be good. only the flesh taste is good. you can add head in the gravy if the head is big, otherwise you can through it away.

Pieces

This step if very important because the taste of the fish fry or gravy is only based on the cutting size of the fish. Cut all the fish into same size as show in the below picture.



Ingredients

  • Take any Fish you Like
  • 1 Onion
  • 1 Tomato
  • half mango
  • 2 piece of Garlic
  • Coconut powder
  • Turmeric powder

Cooking Process

First take some turmeric and soak it in water for 10 minute. It will dilute, then filter and take the juice only. Add some salt as per per your requirement. If you feel salt is not enough you can add more or less and then mix it well.

Add the turmeric powder and fish masala in the turmeric water. 2 spoon of fish masala is enough for 4 people if you feel turmeric water is so thin means you can add some extra masala powder and mix it well.

Steps

Turn on the stove and place a vessel on it. add some cooking oil. Oil is your choice but use any good quality oil, that will give you good taste.
Put the fenugreek and fry it for very few minutes. the color of the fenugreek will slightly change into brown color. it means you need to other ingredients.

Now add the turmeric water into the vessel and wait for 10 minutes. water will boil now. add the fish in to it. Keep the stove in sim mode.

Final Step

Now add the onion tomato paste in the turmeric water and keep it boil for few minutes. now add the mango and wait for 5 minutes to cook. Your tasty fish Gravy is ready now.
