நாசா நடத்திய போட்டி: தமிழக மாணவர் குழு வெற்றி 

புதுடில்லி: சர்வதேச அளவில் பள்ளி, கல்லுாரி மாணவர்களுக்கு, நாசா நடத்திய போட்டியில், தமிழகத்தைச் சேர்ந்த வேலுார் வி.ஐ.டி., பொறியியல் கல்லூரி உள்ளிட்ட இரண்டு இந்திய மாணவர் குழுக்கள் விருதுகளை வென்றுள்ளன.

 அமெரிக்க விண்வெளி ஆய்வு நிறுவனமான, நாசா சர்வதேச அளவில் பள்ளி, கல்லுாரி மாணவர்களுக்கான அறிவியல் போட்டியை ஆண்டுதோறும் நடத்துகிறது. அறிவியல் மற்றும் விண்வெளி துறை சார்ந்த புதிய வடிவமைப்பு, தொழில்நுட்பம் உள்ளிட்ட திறமைகளை கண்டறிய இந்தப் போட்டி நடத்தப்படுகிறது. 

இதில், 33 பள்ளிகள், 58 கல்லுாரிகளைச் சேர்ந்த 91 குழுக்கள் பங்கேற்றன. அமெரிக்கா மற்றும் சர்வதேச மாணவர் குழுக்கள், சூரிய மண்டலத்தில் காணப்படும் நிலப்பரப்பை உருவகப்படுத்தி, அதை ஆய்வு செய்யும், ரோவர் எனப்படும் கருவியை வடிவமைத்து, அதை வெற்றிகரமாக சோதனை செய்ய வேண்டும்.

 ஆன்லைன் வாயிலாக நடந்த இந்த போட்டியின் முடிவுகள் சமீபத்தில் வெளியாகின. இதில், பள்ளி மாணவர்களுக்கான பிரிவில், பஞ்சாபை சேர்ந்த, டீசன்ட் சில்ட்ரன் மாடல் பிரெசிடென்சி பள்ளி மாணவர் குழு விருதை வென்றது. கல்லுாரி மாணவர்களுக்கான பிரிவில், தமிழகத்தின் வேலுாரைச் சேர்ந்த வி.ஐ.டி., பொறியியல் கல்லுாரி மாணவர் குழு விருதை வென்றது.

NASA competition: Tamil Nadu student  wins

New Delhi: Two Indian student groups, including Vellore VIT and College of Engineering from Tamil Nadu, have won awards in an international competition for school and college students organized by NASA.

 NASA, the US space agency, holds an international science competition for school and college students each year. The competition is held to discover new design and technology-based talents in the field of science and aerospace.

Of these, 91 groups from 33 schools and 58 colleges participated. U.S. and international student groups must simulate and study the terrain found in the solar system, design a rover, and test it successfully.

 The results of the online competition were recently released. In this, the Decent Children Model Presidency School Student Group from Punjab won the award in the category for school students. In the category for College Students, VIT, Engineering College, Vellore, Tamil Nadu won the Student Group Award.
