நாடு முழுதும் உள்ள மத்திய பல்கலைக்கழகங்களில் இளங்கலை படிப்புகளில் சேருவதற்கான, &'க்யூட்&' எனப்படும், பல்கலை பொது நுழைவுத் தேர்வுகள் நடந்து வருகின்றன. கடந்த 4ம் தேதி காலையில் நடந்த தேர்வின் போது, நிர்வாக மற்றும் தொழில்நுட்ப கோளாறுகள் காரணமாக, 17 மாநிலங்களில் ஒரு சில தேர்வு மையங்களில் தேர்வு ரத்து செய்யப்பட்டது.

 அன்று மதியம் நடக்க வேண்டிய தேர்வு முற்றிலுமாக ரத்தானது. கடந்த 5ம் தேதி 50 மையங்களிலும், 6ம் தேதி 53 மையங்களிலும் தேர்வு ரத்து செய்யப்பட்டது.ரத்து செய்யப்பட்ட தேர்வுகள் இம்மாதம் 12 - 14 வரை நடக்கும் என, முன்னர் அறிவிக்கப்பட்டு இருந்தது. ஏராளமான மாணவர்கள் மாற்று தேதி கேட்டு கோரிக்கை விடுத்ததை அடுத்து, அந்த தேர்வுகள், வரும் 24 - 28 வரை நடத்தப்படும் என, என்.டி.ஏ., எனப்படும் தேசிய தேர்வு முகமை அறிவித்து உள்ளது

University Common Entrance Tests called &'QUET' are underway for admission to undergraduate courses in central universities across the country. During the examination held on the morning of last 4th, the examination was canceled in a few examination centers in 17 states due to administrative and technical glitches.

 The examination scheduled for that afternoon was canceled completely. The examination was canceled in 50 centers on the 5th and in 53 centers on the 6th. It was announced earlier that the canceled examinations will be held from 12th to 14th of this month. The National Examination Agency (NDA) has announced that the exams will be held from 24-28 after many students requested for an alternative date.
